Jeanne Dusabe is originally from Rwanda and is currently employed as a Clinical Nurse Consultant within the Breast Cancer Services and as a Clinical Support Nurse within the education team in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
Jeanne has a strong passion for oncology and haematology nursing. Jeanne has previously worked as a Clinical Nurse Specialist and as an Acting Associate Nurse Unit Manager within the Oncology and Hematology Services.
Jeanne completed her Bachelor of Nursing at RMIT university in 2016. In addition to this, Jeanne also completed her Postgraduate in Cancer Nursing in 2020 with Melbourne University. Jeanne has chosen to be part of Networking African Australians as she wishes to encourage and motivate other young Africans to reach their full potential. Jeanne strives to be a voice for young African Australians. She believes that a supportive network of other African Australians can really change the way young African-Australian individuals view themselves and their future. She hopes to support and guide young African Australians to achieve their professional aspirations.
